This Return Policy outlines procedures for cancelling or rescheduling photoshoot bookings, requesting refunds, and exchanging services, all in accordance with our service terms in Perth, Australia.

1. Cancellation of Bookings

You may cancel your booking by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled photoshoot to qualify for a full refund. Later cancellations may incur fees as specified in your service agreement.

2. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your original booking. We will do our best to accommodate new dates subject to availability.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the original payment method. Service fees already rendered, including preparatory work, may be non-refundable. All refund requests are subject to review by Swyxkhar.

4. Exceptions

Certain services, promotions, or last-minute bookings may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Specific exceptions will be communicated during the booking process.
